1. Demo purpose only

This site is provided for the purpose of evaluating Report Assistant. It is not intended for the production of real pupil reports.

2. Do not enter real pupil data

Please use fictional pupil names and made-up details when trying the tool. Do not enter the names, personal details, or any identifying information of real children. If you wish to evaluate the tool with real data, please contact us for a properly governed trial deployment with a Data Processing Agreement in place.

3. AI-generated content

Drafts produced by this tool are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended as a starting point only. They must be reviewed and edited by a qualified teacher before any use. Insight IT Simplified Ltd accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, suitability, or content of AI-generated drafts.

4. Data handling during the demo

Information you enter is transmitted to our AI provider (Google Cloud's Gemini API) for processing. Inputs and outputs are subject to a short retention window for safety and abuse-detection purposes and are not used to train any AI models.

To help us improve the tool and follow up on enquiries, Insight IT Simplified Ltd also logs each demo generation, including your inputs, the generated draft, your IP address, and approximate location. These logs are visible only to Insight IT staff, are kept for up to 90 days, and are then automatically deleted. Please continue to use only fictional pupil details.

5. Confidentiality

Please do not share screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of this demonstration with third parties without our written permission.

6. Service availability

This is a demonstration service. We make no guarantees of availability, uptime, or fitness for purpose. You may generate up to 20 drafts per visit.
